17JL Terms and Conditions: User Agreement & Rules

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 21 years old to register, deposit, or place bets on 17JL under current PAGCOR regulatory rules. Completing your registration confirms that you meet this legal age cutoff and that all submitted records—including your legal name, birthday, and mobile contact—match your official state records exactly.

17JL audits member profiles periodically. We may require clear copies of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, Driver’s License, Passport, UMID, or SSS ID) at registration or prior to releasing cash-out funds. Accounts that fail or refuse identity verification within 48 hours will have pending withdrawals placed on security hold until documents clear our compliance team.

Our network enforces a strict single-account policy (one profile per person, household, mobile SIM, and IP address). Creating alternate accounts to abuse starter promos or bypass password resets is not permitted. If you lose your login, recover it through the sign-in prompt or live chat instead of signing up again. Confirmed duplicate profiles face immediate permanent termination and total forfeiture of active bonuses and balance.

17JL provides gaming services solely to users physically located inside the Philippines. Bypassing regional IP restrictions via proxy or VPN software from outside Philippine territory violates our platform terms. Any account flagged operating from restricted jurisdictions will be frozen without financial liability on our end.

2. Account Security & Responsibilities

Keep your login details, OTP texts, and cash-out PINs private at all times. Official 17JL staff will never ask for your password or PIN via Live Chat, SMS, Messenger, or phone call. Anyone reaching out for your security credentials is an impostor trying to phish your account—report them immediately to our official help desk.

You remain accountable for all bets, fund transfers, and withdrawal actions processed under your credentials. If you notice strange balance changes or suspect a breach, reset your password instantly and alert our support desk. To prevent balance theft on mobile, turn on biometric authentication (fingerprint/Face ID) and set a private 6-digit transaction PIN inside the app.

We secure all data routes and cash flows using 128-bit SSL encryption and verified local gateway protocols. While our firewalls block automated intrusion attempts, basic account safety still relies on you: never log into your profile from shared public computers, and avoid saving credentials on unverified browsers.

Profiles showing zero betting activity or logins for 12 consecutive months are marked as dormant. Inactive accounts carrying a remaining peso balance may incur a small recurring account maintenance fee until funds reach zero or the profile reopens. We send an SMS notice before applying any deduction. To wipe out dormant status, simply sign in and make a standard deposit.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ₱100. Minimum withdrawal: ₱200.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.
• 17JL does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees.
• All transactions are subject to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance checks as required by Philippine law.
• Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction require completed KYC verification before processing.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to claim region-restricted offers, or coordinated betting to clear turnover — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• 17JL reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be published on the Promotions page.
• Cashback and rebate bonuses are calculated on net losses only and are credited within 24 hours of the qualifying period ending.
• Free spins and trial credits have a maximum cashout limit as specified in each individual promotion’s terms.

5. Player Conduct & Platform Rules

• Players must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way, including placing bets, claiming bonuses, or navigating the interface.
• Collusion between players in live casino or poker games is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or glitches for financial gain must be reported to support immediately. Exploiting known bugs is treated as fraud.
• 17JL supports responsible gaming. Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion at any time through account settings or by contacting Live Chat.
• 17JL reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, match-fixing, or violation of these terms.
• Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant transaction or event. Claims submitted after this period will not be entertained.
